dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه خدمات ما بعد البيع في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية، وقد أجريت الدراسة على مؤسسة خدماتي كوندور بأدرار، كونها تحمل علامة تجارية بارزة في السوق. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على عينة الزبائن المستفيدين من خدمات ما بعد البيع المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة، وقد تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع بيانات أفراد عينة الدراسة، وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلنا إلى أن لخدمات ما بعد البيع (الضمان، الصيانة والتصليح، توفير قطع الغيار، معالجة الشكاوي ... إخ) أثر موجب ومباشر في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في شركة كوندور تيارت.	en_US
