| Résumé: | تعد المؤسسات الناشئة من نماذج الاقتصادية المستحدثة التي فرضت نفسها، لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم الآليات الداعمة والمرافقة للمؤسسات الناشئة وشرح المفاهيم الأسا سية المتعلقة بها بواقع هذه المؤسسات في الجزائر والتحديات الرئيسية التي تواجهها ، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة، واعتماد على المراجع المتعلقة بالموضوع من الكتب والمقالات والمذكرات، بالإضافة إلى البيانات المتحصل عليها من المواقع الالكترونية ذات صلة بالموضوع، كما يُعتبر دعم ومرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة أحد المكونات الرئيسية في البرامج الوطنية للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، حيث يتم تشجيع الشباب القادر على الابتكار والإبداع على إنشاء مؤسسات من هذا النوع، سلطنا الضوء على احد الهيئات الفاعلة في دعم ومرافقة الم ؤسسات الناشئة وهي الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية بتقديم نظري لمختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بها بالإضافة إلى أهم آليات المرافقة التي تمنحها مثل الامتيازا ت الجبائية . ومن النتائج التي توصلت لها هذه الدراسة أن الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية تسهر على تقديم مختلف الأدوات لنجاح المشاريع الناشئة كالتدريب والتخطيط والتمويل فهي الأداة التي تحد من معدلات الفشل بالنسبة للمؤسسات الناشئة، تساهم المؤسسات الناشئة في دعم جهود الدولة المبذولة لتحقيق حلول مستدامة كفيلة بجعل الجزائر قطبا بارزا للابتكار في إفريقيا . |
| Description: | Startups represent a newly emerging economic model that has established its place within the economic landscape. This study aims to highlight the key mechanisms supporting and accompanying startups clarify the fundamental concepts associated with them and explore the current state of such enterprises in Algeria, as well as the main challenges they face. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology and relies on relevant literature including books, academic articles, and dissertations, in addition to data obtained from related websites. Supporting and accompanying startups is considered one of the main pillars of national economic and social development programs. These initiatives aim to encourage youth with the capacity for innovation and creativity to establish this type of enterprise. The study focuses on one of the key institutions involved in supporting startups — the National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development (NAESD) — by providing a theoretical overview of the related concepts and the main support mechanisms it offers, such as fiscal incentives. One of the key findings of this study is that the NAESD plays a pivotal role in providing essential tools for the success of emerging projects, including training, planning and funding. These tools significantly contribute to reducing the failure rates among startups. Ultimately startups are shown to contribute to the national efforts toward sustainable solutions positioning Algeria as a prominent hub of innovation on the African continent. |
