| Abstract: | تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة دور برامج التنمية في تحقيق التنويع الإقتصادي في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال تحليل البرامج المتبعة لتقليص التبعية لقطاع المحروقات، الذي يعد المصدر الرئيسي لعائدات البلاد, مما جعل الإقتصاد الوطني هشا وعرضة لتأثيرات التقلبات الخارجية. وقد تم الإعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، بالإستناد إلى تقارير رسمية وبيانات اقتصادية حديثة، بهدف تقييم نجاعة البرامج التنموية التي تبنتها الدولة ومدى تأثيرها في تحقيق تنويع حقيقي للإقتصاد الوطني. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذه البرامج سجلت بعض التحسن في مؤشرات التنمية، خاصة في الجوانب الإجتماعية والبنية التحتية، إلا أن النتائج الإقتصادية ظلت دون المستوى المطلوب، ولم تحقق الأهداف المرجوة من حيث الحد من الإعتماد على المحروقات. |
| Description: | This dissertation aims to study the role of development programs in achieving economic diversification in Algeria, by analyzing the strategies implemented to reduce dependence on the hydrocarbon sector, which remains the country's main source of revenue. This reliance has rendered the national economy fragile and vulnerable to external fluctuations. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical approach, relying on official reports and recent economic data to assess the effectiveness of the development programs initiated by the state and their impact on achieving genuine economic diversification. The findings indicate that these programs have led to some improvements in development indicators, particularly in social aspects and infrastructure. However, the economic results have remained below expectations and have not met the intended objectives of reducing reliance on hydrocarbons. |
