| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين الحوكمة الرقمية وتحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة من خلال التركيز على الدور الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في دعم التنمية المستدامة ، وقد تم تسليط الضوء على تجارب ثلاث دول عربية رائدة في هذا المجال، وهي : المملكة العربية السعودية ، جمهورية مصر العربية، والجمهورية الجزائرية. |
| Description: | This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital governance and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), by focusing on the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in supporting sustainable development. The research highlights the experiences of three leading Arab countries in this field: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. The study demonstrates that digital governance effectively contributes to enhancing transparency, reinforcing accountability, and improving resource efficiency, all of which positively impact the achievement of several SDGs. Furthermore, it shows that digital initiatives in the countries under study have led to improved service quality in vital sectors such as health, education, and justice, through the development of smart digital platforms aimed at facilitating access to services and enhancing citizens’ quality of life |
