| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ن وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة شركة سونلغاز بتيارت باعتبارها احدى المؤسسات المستخدمة لهذه التقنيات الحديثة ثم جمع البيانات باستعمال استبيان وزع على عينة الدراسة المكونة من 30 موظفا، وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلنا الى وجود أثر ذي دلالة معنوية لاستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرار ، من خلال الابعاد التالية : الملائمة، الفعالية، جودة القرار. |
| Description: | The study aims to examine the use of artificial intelligence applications in improving the decision-making process in economic enterprises.This is done through a case study of Sonelgaz in Tiaret, as it is one of the institutions utilizing these modern technologies. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 30 employees.
