| Résumé: | تتناول هىذه اللذكرة موضوع فاعلية الإشراف الأكاديمي في إنجاز الرسائل الجامعية، حيث تسعى إلى إبراز الإشراف كعنصر أساسي في البحث العلمي من خلال دراسة مفاهيمه، أنواعه، آلياته، وفنياته، بالإضافة إلى التحديات التي قد تواجه هذه العملية ،تنطلق من إشكالية محورية تتعلق بمدى مساهمة الإشراف في تسهيل إنجاز الرسائل بجودة وفاعلية، مع تحديد أبرز العوائق التي تحد من فاعليته، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ودراسة ميدانية باستخدام الإستبيان، وخلصت إلى نتائج وتوصيات تهدف إلى تحسين ممارسات الإشراف الأكاديمي وتوجيه الطلبة والمشرفين نحو طرق أكثر كفاءة وتنظيما. |
| Description: | This dissertation addresses the topic of the effectiveness of academic supervision in completing university theses, aiming to highlight supervision as a fundamental element in the academic research process. It explores its concepts, types, mechanisms, and techniques, in addition to the challenges that may hinder this process, The study is based on a central question concerning the extent to which supervision contributes to the effective and high-quality completion of theses, while identifying the main obstacles limiting its effectiveness, The research adopts a descriptive approach along with a field study based on a questionnaire, It concludes with key findings and recommendations aimed at improving academic supervision practices and guiding both students and supervisors toward more efficient and organized methods. |
