| Description: | Artificial intelligence technologies have become an integral part of daily life, raising new questions about criminal liability for actions resulting from these technologies. This research aims to explore the current legal framework for determining criminal liability in cases where crimes are committed using artificial intelligence. It will analyze the legal and ethical challenges faced by judicial systems, including identifying the responsible party when a crime occurs: is it the AI programmer, the user, or the manufacturer? The research will also propose developments in legal frameworks to ensure justice and societal protection in the age of artificial intelligence |
