| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على دور التحول الرقمي على الأداء التنظيمي للمؤسسات العمومية في الجزائر، حيث عالج الفصل الأول دور الجماعات المحلية في التنمية المحلية المستدامة وكيف أثرت في نماذج الأعمال، أما الفصل الثاني فخصص حول مدى واقع رقمنة الجماعات المحلية على مستوى المحلي وكذا التعاون في القطاع العام والخاص من أجل التميهد ومباشرة العمل على رقمنة القطاعات من أجل الولوج إلى عالم الإستثمار بإتباع مجموعة من القوانين والتنظيمات المتعلقة بالإستثمار وكذا قوانين الإدارة المحلية والصفقات العمومية |
| Description: | The current study aimed to shed light on the role of digital transformation on the organizational performance of public institutions in Algeria. The first chapter addressed the role of local groups in sustainable local development and how they affected business models. The second chapter was devoted to the extent of the reality of digitization of local groups at the local level, as well as cooperation. In the public and private sectors in order to prepare and begin work on digitizing the sectors in order to enter the world of investment by following a set of laws and regulations related to investment, as well as the laws of local administration and public transactions. |
