| Résumé: | يعتبر الذكاء الإصطناعي من التكنولوجيات الناشئة التي اسفرت عن الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، حيث هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد الإطار المفاهيمي للذكاء الإصطناعي لمعرفة خصائصه و تطبيقاته من جهة، والإطار القانوني لهذه التقنية ومدى تأثيرها من جهة اخرى، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي اذ تم الوصول الى نتيجة مفادها ان الذكاء الإصطناعي هو ثمرة جهد بذل فيها الانسان كل ما امكن من وقت ومعرفة واموال للوصول الى اختراع يحاكي الذكاء الانساني. |
