| Description: | The current study aimed at trying to learn the reality of social relations and their impact on the development of the Algerian institution. This study was carried out at the Naftal Foundation in the state of _ tiaret _ We divided our study with theoretical and applied aspects. Theoretical aspect: We clarified the theoretical framework of the study which included the text of the following problem: _ Are social relations a major and fundamental source of economic enterprise's development? To adjust the problem and control its dimensions, the following sub-questions were raised: To what extent can cooperative social relations contribute to the development levels of the Algerian institution? _ How can we make the Association of Formal Social Relations a contributing factor in increasing organizational loyalty to the institution? Hypotheses were also raised, the reasons for choosing a topic, the importance of the study, the objectives of the study, the concepts of the study, the presentation of previous studies and the explanatory theories of the study's subject. Field aspect: To achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach of our selection of the random class sample. The sample study reached 56 researchers. We also relied on the form technique as a basic tool for data collection, which included 37 questions, and to prove the sincerity of the main question of hypothesis and sub-questions of the study. Social relations in general can contribute to the development of Algeria's economic institution. Social relations based on cooperation can contribute to the development levels of the Algerian institution. _ We can make formal relations a contributing factor in increasing the organization's organizational loyalty |
