| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة الإرتباطية بين الصلابة النفسية والعناية لدى مرضى السكري، وكذلك فحص الفروق في الصلابة النفسية والعناية الذاتية باختلاف السن والجنس والمستوى التعليمي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة الحالية من 32 مصاب بالمرض السكري ، تم إختيارهم بطريقة قصدية , وقد اعتمدنا لغرض الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ، كما اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على استبيان الصلابة النفسية لنوال زرواق ، واستبيان العناية الذاتية لتغريد سليمان، وبعد أن تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياسين, قمنا بتطبيق الدراسة الأساسية التي عولجت spss باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية وأسفرت الدراسة النتائج التالية : وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين الصلابة النفسية والعناية الذاتية لدى مرضى السكري وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الصلابة النفسية لدى مرضى السكري باختلاف السن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في العناية الذاتية لدى مرضى السكري باختلاف السن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الصلابة النفسية لدى مرضى السكري باختلاف الجنس دالة إحصائيا في العناية الذاتية لدى مرضى السكري باختلاف الجنس عدم وجود وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الصلابة النفسية لدى مرضى السكري باختلاف المستوى التعليمي عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في العناية الذاتية لدى مرضى السكري باختلاف المستوى التعليمي . |
| Description: | Title of study: psychological Hardness and its impact on self-care in diabetic patients. The present study aimed at identifying the relationship between psychological rigidity and care in diabetics, as well as examining the differences in psychological Hardness and self-care according to age, gender and educational level. The sample of the current study consisted of 32 patients with diabetes. They were informed in a deliberate manner. We were adopted for descriptive study. We also relied on data collection on the psychological Hardness questionnaire of Zerouq's neonatal and self-care questionnaire. Basic spss that were addressed using the statistical package for social sciences The results of the study were as follows: There is a statistically significant correlation between psychological Hardness and self-care in diabetics There were statistically significant differences in the psychological Hardness of diabetic patients by age There is no statistically significant function of self-care in diabetic patients by age There were statistically significant differences in the psychological Hardness of patients with diabetes by sex There is no statistically significant function of self-care in diabetic patients by sex There were statistically significant differences in the mental Hardness of diabetic patients according to the level of education There is no statistically significant difference in self-care among diabetics according to educational level. |
