| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الملكیة الفكریة في تشجیع الاستثمار ، إضافة إلى التعرف على مجالات الاستثمار في الملكیة الفكریة، والتي تعود بالتنمیة والتطویر للأفراد والمجتمع، تشجیع الاستثمار في تنمیة وتعزیز الملكیة الفكریة. وجاء تساؤل الدراسة كیف ساهم الاستثمار في العملیة الفكریة؟، وتفرعت إلى أسئلة كالآتي: ما هي العلاقة بین الملكیة الفكریة والاستثمار؟. فیما تتمثل العملیة الاستثماریة في الملكیة الفكریة؟. وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج التحلیلي لإیضاح بعض النصوص القانونیة وما یترتب علیها من بیان مجال الاستثمار في الملكیة الفكریة، التي تحمي وتتبنى هذه الأفكار. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: - للملكیة الفكریة أهمیة اقتصادیة في تقلیص خطوات العمل ، ولها أهمیة اجتماعیة، وكذلك أهمیة تكنولوجیة باستخدام التكنولوجیا الحدیثة في برامج التصمیم، وكذلك أهمیة على المستوى العلمي والاستثمار في رأس المال. -من خصائص الملكیة الفكریة أنها تعود بالفائدة الاقتصادیة لمالكها. - إن توفیر الحمایة القانونیة تتطلب شروط تخص شكل وموضوع هذه الرسوم والنماذج الصناعیة، من حیث أنها تتصف بالجدة ولا تخالف النظام العام. |
| Description: | The study aimed to identify intellectual property in encouraging investment, in addition to identifying areas of investment in intellectual property, which bring development to individuals and society, and to encourage investment in the development and promotion of intellectual property. The study's question was: How did investment contribute to the intellectual process? It was divided into questions as follows: What is the relationship between intellectual property and investment? What is the investment process in intellectual property? We have relied on the analytical approach to clarify some legal texts and their consequent statement of the field of investment in intellectual property, which protects and adopts these ideas. The study reached the most important results: - Intellectual property has economic importance in reducing work steps, and it has social importance, as well as technological importance by using modern technology in design programs, as well as importance at the scientific level and investment in capital. 2- One of the characteristics of intellectual property is that it brings economic benefit to its owner. 3- Providing legal protection requires conditions related to the form and subject matter of these industrial drawings and models, in that they are characterized by novelty and do not violate public order. |
