| Résumé: | تعالج هذه المذكرة موضوع دور القاضي الإداري في حماية آداب العامة حيث يعتبر القاضي الإداري بحكم القانون حاليا للحريات العامة، إذ يمر على تجسيد مبدأ خضوع السلطة الإدارية لسيادة القانون في علاقتها مع الأفراد باعتبارها أحد أسس ودعائم دوله القانون، فمهما كانت الظروف والسلطة الإدارية ملزمه باتخاذ أعمالها وتصرفاتها وفقا لأحكام القانون التي تنص على حماية النظام العام ماديا كان أو معنويا ذلك وأن تحافظ على الهوية الوطنية |
