| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور الإفصاح والشفافية في إطار حوكمة الشركات في استقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، وهي الدراسة التي حاولنا من خلالها تقديم نظري للإفصاح والشفافية من منظور حوكمة الشركات، ثم تعزيز ذلك بتحليل الإطار النظري والفكري لحوكمة الشركات، ثم الوقوف على المفاهيم المتعلقة بالاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، باستخدام المنهج استدلالي والاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي، حيث تم استعراض نتائج هذا الطرح من خلال تتبع عينة من الأفراد للوقوف على واقع إدراك وتطبيق حوكمة الشركات في الجزائر وكذا مستوى الإفصاح والشفافية ومساهمتها في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، حيث تم استخدام تقنية الاستقصاء عن طريق الدراسة الإستبيانية، وتوزيع مجموعة من استمارات الاستبيان وبعدها تفريغ ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها باستخدام برنامج (spss) ثم اختبار الفرضيات عن طريق الاختبارات التي يتضمنها هذا البرنامج، وهذا ما يبين وجود علاقة تكاملية بين الإفصاح والشفافية وحوكمة الشركات في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في حالة توظيفها بشكل جيد وفعال |
| Description: | This study aims to demonstrate the role of disclosure and transparency within the framework of corporate governance in attracting foreign direct investment. It is the study through which we tried to provide a theoretical presentation of disclosure and transparency from the perspective of corporate governance, and then supporting that by analyzing the theoretical and intellectual framework of corporate governance, and then studying some concepts related to foreign direct investments, using the inductive and the descriptive approaches .Where the results of this proposal were reviewed by tracking a sample of individuals to find out the reality of realizing and applying corporate governance in Algeria as well as the level of disclosure and transparency and its contribution in attracting foreign direct investment, where the survey technique was used through a questionnaire study, and distribution of a set of questionnaire forms after that emptying, processing and analyzing the data obtained using the spss program before testing hypotheses through tests that are included in this program. To conclude with, the study analyzes the results obtained, in which there is an agreement among the sample of the existence of a complementary relationship between disclosure, transparency and corporate governance in attracting foreign direct investment if it is well and effectively employed |
