| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى اظهار مدى قبول تكنولوجيا الدفع الالكتروني لدى عملاء المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية، اضافة الى معرفة العوامل المؤثرة في ذلك. ومن اجل تحقيق ذلك تمت دراسة حالة على عملاء مؤسسة النقل الحضري العمومية لولاية تيارت ETUS TIARET التي كانت المؤسسة السباقة في تبني تكنولوجيا الدفع الالكتروني في خدماتها. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتصميم استبيان مكون من خمسة محاور و 21 فقرة متعلقة بموضوع الدراسة، تم توزيعه بشكلين (الكتروني وورقي مطبوع) على عينة شملت 95 شخص من مستخدمي النقل لغرض جمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار فرضيات الدراسة باستعمال برنامج SPSS و Smart 04كما تم استعمال عدة اساليب احصائية لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة. تم التوصل الى وجود قبول لاستعمال الدفع الالكتروني لدى العملاء لكن يقابله نقص في الاستعمال الفعلي. |
| Description: | This study aims to showcase the extent of acceptance of electronic payment technology by clients of economic public institutions, in addition to knowing the factors affecting it. In order to achieve this, a case study was conducted on clients of the Public Urban Transport Corporation (ETUS) of the state of Tiaret, which was the first institution to adopt electronic payment technology in its services. To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire consisting of five axes and 21 items related to the subject of the study was designed. It was distributed in two forms (electronic and printed paper) to a sample that included 95 persons from transport users for the purpose of data collection and analysis, and testing the study hypotheses using the program. SPSS and Smart-Pls 04, and several statistical methods were used to achieve the objectives of the study. It was found that there is an acceptance of the use of electronic payment by customers, but it is offset by a lack of actual use. |
