| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تعريف المؤسسات الناشئة وشرح المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بها، إلى جانب إبراز أهدافها والتحديات الرئيسية التي تواجهها، وتحديد أفضل السبل لمواجهة تلك التحديات. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة، واعتماد على المراجع المتعلقة بالموضوع من الكتب والمجلات والمذكرات والوثائق المختلفة، بالإضافة إلى البيانات الإحصائية من الجداول والأرقام. أظهرت الدراسة أن هناك تنوعًا في الشركات الناشئة واختلافًا في أسباب فشلها، وأبرز تلك الأسباب تشمل قلة الخبرة والمعرفة بإدارة المشروع، وضعف التمويل وصعوبة توفير التدفق النقدي. يُعتبر دعم المؤسسات الناشئة أحد المكونات الرئيسية في البرامج الوطنية للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، حيث يتم تشجيع الشباب القادر على الابتكار والإبداع على إنشاء مؤسسات من هذا النوع |
| Description: | The study aimed to define startup enterprises and explain the fundamental concepts associated with them, along with highlighting their objectives and major challenges they face, and identifying the best strategies to address those challenges. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, relying on relevant references such as books, journals, dissertations, and various documents, as well as statistical data from tables and figures. The study revealed that there is diversity among startup companies and variations in the reasons for their failure, with key factors including lack of experience and knowledge in project management, weak funding, and difficulties in ensuring cash flow. Supporting startup enterprises is considered a key component in national programs for economic and social development, as they encourage young individuals capable of innovation and creativity to establish such ventures |
