| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على دور الصكوك في تنشيط وتطوير المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية التي تسعى دوما الى البحث عن تشكيلة متنوعة من الأدوات المالية الإسلامية من اجل مساهمتها في تعبئة الموارد المالية لأغراض تنموية اقتصادية. وتوصلت الدراسة بضرورة الاستفادة من التجربة الماليزية في مجال استخدام أداة الصكوك في أسواقها المالية باعتبارها من الدول الرائدة عالميا في هذا المجال، خصوصا بالنسبة للدول التي تعاني عجز في مواردها |
| Description: | This study aims to shed light on the role of sukuk in revitalizing and developing Islamic financial institutions that are always seeking to search for a variety of Islamic financial instruments in order to contribute to mobilizing financial resources for economic development purposes. The study concluded that it is necessary to benefit from the Malaysian experience in the field of using the sukuk tool in its financial markets, as it is one of the world's leading countries in this field, especially for countries that suffer from a deficit in their resources |
