| Résumé: | تعد حاضنات الأعمال من أبرز الآليات الفعالة لدعم وتمويل المؤسسات بشتى أشكالها وأنواعها، تبرز هذه الأهمية في الدور الذي تقوم به في تقديم الخدمات والإستشارات اللازمة لتخطي الصعوبات وحل المشكلات، ومن خلال ما تقدم جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على نوع من أنواع حاضنات الأعمال وتقديم إطار مفاهيمي لها تمثلت في حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية، إضافة إلى دورها في دعم ومرافقة أصحاب المشاريع والمؤسسات خاصة تلك الناشئة منها لكي تتخطى المراحل الأولى للإنشاء، إضافة إلى إبراز كونها كألية لدعم والتشجيع على العمل المقاولاتي ومرافقة أصحاب المشارع الإبتكارية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم عرض نموذجين لحاضنات الأعمال تمثلا في حاضنة أعمال كل من جامعة المسيلة وتيارت. ومن خلال المراجعة الأدبية لمجموعة من الدراسات والأبحاث حول الموضوع توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من الإستنتاجات ساعدت في الإجابة على الفرضيات، أولها أن خاضنات الأعمال تمثل نمطا جديدا من البنى الداعمة للنشاطات الإبتكارية للمؤسسات بشتى أنواعها وأصحاب المشاريع على حد سواء من خلال تقديم العديد من الخدمات والبرامج، ثانيا تعتبر مؤسسات للاحتضان بدءا بالتدريب والمرافقة حتى تصبح مشروع قادرا على المنافسة في سوق العمل وبالتالي المساهمة في توفير فرص العمل تلبي حاجات الأفراد والمجتمع. أخيرا، خلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم عدد من التوصيات العامة من خلال إستعراض المحاور الرئيسية للدور الذي تلعبه في توجيه الطلبة الخرجيين نحو سوق العمل والمشاريع الريادية، الأمر الذي حفز الدول على تطوير أليات لإنشاء حاضنات الأعمال وتفعيلها واقعيا وإنتهاج سياسة واضحة إتجاه هذه الحاضنات |
| Description: | Business incubators are among the most effective mechanisms to support and finance institutions in all their forms and types. In university business incubators, in addition to its role in supporting and accompanying project owners and institutions, especially those emerging from it, in order to go beyond the early stages of organization, in addition to highlighting that it is a mechanism to support and encourage entrepreneurial work and accompany the owners of innovative projects. From the University of M’sila and Tiaret. Through the literary review of a group of studies and research on the subject, the study reached a number of conclusions that helped answer the hypotheses, the first of which is that business ventures represent a new pattern of structures that support the innovative activities of institutions of all kinds and project owners alike through the provision of many services and programs, secondly They are considered incubation institutions, starting with training and accompaniment, until they become a project capable of competing in the labor market, and thus contribute to providing job opportunities that meet the needs of individuals and society. Finally, the study concluded by presenting a number of general recommendations by reviewing the main axes of the role they play in guiding graduate students towards the labor market and entrepreneurial projects, which motivated countries to develop mechanisms for establishing business incubators and activating them realistically and adopting a clear policy towards these incubators. |
