| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل طبيعة العلاقة بين أنظمة حقوق الملكية والنمو الاقتصادي وكيف ساهمت حماية حقوق الملكية في عملية التنمية لدول شمال افريقيا للفترة ( 2009-2022 )، ومن أجل الإحاطة بهذا الموضوع وتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اختبار اثر حقوق الملكية على النمو الاقتصادي باستخدام منهج بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية Panel Data لعينة تتكون من خمس دول (الجزائر، المغرب، تونس، مصر، موريتانيا) وتشير النتائج الاقتصادية المتحصل عليها الى وجود علاقة ايجابية بين حقوق الملكية المادية وتحويل الملكية و النمو الاقتصادي باعتباره متغير تابع، وعلاقة سلبية بين الحوكمة والاستثمار، بحيث سجلنا مساهمة إيجابية لكل من الجزائر، تونس، مصر مما يؤيد نظرية حقوق الملكية في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي، وبينما مساهمة عند المغرب و موريتانيا كانت النتائج سلبية عكس ما جاء في النظرية الاقتصادية |
| Description: | This study aims to analyze the nature of the relationship between property rights systems and economic growth and how the protection of property rights contributed to the development process of North African countries for the period (2009-2022), and in order to understand this issue and achieve this goal, the impact of property rights on economic growth was tested using the crosssectional time series data approach ( Panel Data) for a sample consisting of five countries (Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Mauritania) and the obtained economic results indicate that there is a positive relationship between material property rights and property Transfer and per capit GDP as a dependent variable, and a negative relationship between governance and Iinvestment , with a positive contribution to each of Algeria, Tunisia, and Egypt, which supports the theory of property rights , while the contribution of Morocco and Mauritania is negative. |
