| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على واقع التكوين المهني في تخصص التوثيق والأرشيف بمؤسسات التكوين المهني بالجزائر, وقد اخترنا المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني زيان بلقاسم بولاية تيارت للدراسة الميدانية.كأي بحث علمي احتوى بحثنا على جانبين, الجانب النظري والجانب الميداني وذلك من خلال اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تحدثنا في الجانب النظري على التكوين المهني بشكل عام ثم التكوين المهني في الجزائر, دون أن ننسى التكوين في تخصص التوثيق والأرشيف الذي هو العنصر الأساسي لبحثنا.أما الجانب الميداني فاستطعنا تحقيقه من خلال اتباع كل الإجراءات اللازمة بدءا من جمع المعلومات وتحديد أدوات الدراسة التي تمثلت في الملاحظة والمقابلة والإستبيان, الى تحليلها والتوصل الى النتائج التي ساعدتنا في الإجابة على اشكال موضوعنا. |
| Description: | This study aimed to identify the reality of vocational training in the field of documentation and archives in vocational training institutions in Algeria. Like any scientific research, our research contained two sides, the theoretical side and the field side, by following the analytical descriptive approach, where we talked in the theoretical side about vocational training in general and then vocational training in Algeria, without forgetting the training in the field of documentation and archives, which is the main element of the subject of our research. As for the field side, we were able to achieve it by following all the necessary procedures, starting from collecting information and identifying the study tools, which were the observation, interview and questionnaire, to analyzing them and reaching results that helped us answer the problem of our topic. |
