| Description: | The theme centred around the role of digital platforms in major public reading libraries and the impact of their use shows that digital platforms offer new opportunities to enhance and improve library services and expand access to knowledge. The use of digital platforms for major public reading libraries provides an interactive and comprehensive user experience that meets the needs of the reading community. Through digital platforms, users have easy access to digital content, whether those digital resources are e-books, articles, magazines, audio or videos. Digital platforms also enable users to interact, share and share knowledge with others across social media platforms and virtual communities. In addition, digital platforms offer many advantages such as quick search, flexible browsing, and the ability to customize services and content according to users' needs. The main libraries of public insight promote these platforms through training, marketing, data analysis and collaboration with partners to achieve a distinct user experience and better meet users' needs. |
