| Résumé: | تهدف دراستنا للوقوف على درجة مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى عمال مصلحة الكوفید بعد جائحة كورنا حیث اعتمدنا على دراسة ثلاث حالات من أسلاك مختلفة للصحة وهم طبیب عام وأخصائي نفساني عیادي وممرض للصحة العمومیة بتطبیق المنهج العیادی وهي المقابلة النصف موجهة مع تطبیق مقیاس الاحتراق النفسي (ما سلاش) حیث سجلنا تفاوت في الدرجات بین الحالات الثلاثة غیر فارقة فسجلنا ارتفاع مستوي الاحتراق النفسي بدرجة أولى لدى الممرض حیث مس الارتفاع الأبعاد الثلاثة للمقیاس كما سجلنا كذلك ارتفاع مستوي الاحتراق النفسي لدى الطبیب في البعدین الأول والثاني أما البعد الثالث اختلف عن الممرض فسجل ارتفاع في الشعور بالانجاز وهذه السمة كذلك سجلت عند الحالة الثالثة وهو الأخصائي النفساني والذي سجل مستوى متوسط للاحتراق النفسي عبر عنه في البعدین الأولیین. فخلصنا إلى أن هناك احتراق نفسي لدى عمال مصلحة الكوفید بعد جائحة كورنا بین المستوى المرتفع والمتوسط ویرجع هذا التفاوت البسیط لطبیعة المهنة والدور المنوط لكل سلك وحتى دور ومكانة المهنة وهدا ما تأكد من خلال نتائج الاختبار الذي سجل ارتفاع على كل الأبعاد فیما یخص حالة الممرض وكذا اشتراك كل من حالة الطبیب والأخصائي النفساني في علامة البعد الثالث وهو الرضا والشعور بالانجاز. |
| Description: | Our study aims to determine the level of psychological burnout among Covid y of three cases as we relied on a stud , workers after the Corona pandemic a devotional ,and they are a general practitioner ,from different health wires which ,and a public health nurse by applying the clinical approach ,psychologist t directed interview with the application of the psychological burnou- is the half Where we recorded a difference in the degrees between the three (Maslash)scale so we recorded a high level of psychological burnout ,cases without a difference as the height touched the three dimensions of the ,in the first degree for the nurse ,which is the psychologist ,trait was also recorded in the third case The.scale which was expressed ,who recorded an average level of psychological burnout in the first two dimensions So we concluded that there is a psychological burnout among the workers between the high and medium ,ovid interest after the Corona pandemicof the C the ,This slight discrepancy is reviewed for the nature of the profession .level and ,and even the role and status of the profession ,role assigned to each wire which recorded an increase on all ,results of the test this was confirmed by the as well as participationBoth the ,dimensions with regard to the nurse’s condition which is ,physician and the psychologist are in the third dimension sign satisfaction and a sense of achievement |
