| Résumé: | حق التعليم هو أحد الحقوق الأساسية التىِ تندرج ضمن حقوق الإنسان، وقد اعتُرف بالتعليم كحق منذ الإعلان العالمىِ لحقوق الإنسان، فهو حق أساسىِ ومهم من حقوق الإنسان ومُتاح للجميع من أجل مساعدتهم فىِ تحقيق الفائدة فىِ حياتهم بأقصى حد مُمكن, ويهدف الحصول على تعليم جيد ضمان تنمية الفرد, وتخفيض معدل الفقر، إضافةً إلى مساعدة جميع الأفراد فىِ الوصول إلى تحقيق إمكانياتهم, وتحقيق مكاسب اقتصادية للدولة، كما أنّه يُساعد فىِ تحقيق السلام والتنمية المستدامة فىِ المجتمعات، وبالتالي فإنَّ التعليم يُعد مفتاحًا لتحقيق باقىِ حقوق الإنسان الأخرى كاملةً, كما تُظهر الأبحاث أنّ للتعليم الجيد تأثير قوىِ فىِ ضمان تحقيق الديمقراطية والحكم السليم فىِ الدولة. من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنتعرف على ماهية حق التعليم, والمتطلبات الأساسية فىِ حق التعليم, وأهمية حق التعليم, وحق التعليم على ضوء المواثيق الدولية والقوانين المحلية |
| Description: | The right to education is one of the fundamental rights that falls within the human rights, and education has been recognized as being a right since the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, it is a fundamental and important human right and is available to all in order to help them achieve the ultimate benefit in their lives as much as possible, and access to a high quality education aims to ensure and guarantee the development of the individual, as well as reducing the poverty rate, in addition to helping all individuals reach their potential, and economic gains for the state, as well as helping to achieve peace and sustainable development in societies, education is therefore key to the full realization of other human rights, and research shows that quality education has a strong impact on ensuring democracy and good governance in the state. Through this research paper, we will learn about what the right to education is, the basic requirements of the right to education, the importance of the right to education, and the right to education in the light of international conventions, laws and localities. |
