| Résumé: | تعالج الورقة البحثية تجربة التحول الديمقراطي في تونس والتي تعد فريدة من نوعها إذا قورنت بباقي التجارب في العالم العربي وذلك نظرا لمسار التحديث الذي ترجع بداياته الأولى إلى مرحلة تأسيس الدولة الوطنية، مما انعكس على البيئة السياسية الداخلية بشكل إيجابي، حيث أن النخب السياسية من مختلف الأطياف استطاعت أن تتجاوز عقبات الانتقال من الحكم التسلطي السابق ومرافقة عملية التحول بسلاسة وذكاء قل نظيرها، مرتكزة على مبدأ التوافق والتقارب بدل الصراع، رغم الكوابح والمخاطر التي وقفت في وجه التغيير من دولة عميقة وتحديات اقتصادية وتدخلات دولية وإقليمية، كما عملت الورقة البحثية على تسليط الضوء على الخلفيات الدافعة لعجلة التحول الديمقراطي المنطلق منذ 2011، مرورا بالمحطات الأساسية في عملية التحول، ووصولا إلى استخلاص عوامل النجاح التي أدت بمسار التحول إلى قطع أشواط مهمة نحو الأمام. |
| Description: | The research paper deals with the experience of democratic transformation in Tunisia, which is unique if compared to the rest of the experiences in the Arab world, due to the modernization path that dates its early beginnings to the stage of establishing the national state, which reflected positively on the internal political environment, as the political elites of different sects It was able to bypass the obstacles of transitioning from the previous authoritarian rule and accompany the transformation process smoothly and intelligently, based on the principle of consensus and rapprochement rather than conflict, despite the brakes and risks that stood in the way of change from a deep state, economic challenges and international and regional interventions. The backgrounds driving the wheel of democratic transformation that has been launched since 2011, through the main stages of the transformation process, and reaching the distillation of the success factors that led the process of transformation to make important strides forward |
