| Résumé: | إن انتقال فيروس فقدان المناعة المكتسبة من إنسان إلى آخر قصدا أو خطأ يعتبر من النوازل المستجدة التي أثارت الكثير من المشكلات سواء تعلق الأمر بالأشخاص المصابين بهذا المرض من ناحية أو بالأفراد الأصحاء من ناحية أخرى في المجتمع وكما أثيرت مسألة الوصف القانوني للمسؤولية المرتبطة بهذا الفيروس الخطير بالامتناع عن أداء الواجب القانوني أو نقله للغير سواء عمدا أو عفويا وهو ما تسعى إليه هذا التحليل. |
