Résumé:	في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية التي عرفتها الجزائر في الآونة الأخيرة، قام المشرع الجزائري باستحداث مجلس المنافسة كسلطة إدارية مستقلة، للتكفل بمهمة ضبط الممارسات المنافية للمنافسة في السوق. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام المشرع بمنحه سلطات ذات طابع قمعي وردعي. لكن يبقى هذا الاختصاص القمعي الممنوح للمجلس لا ينفي عنه الطابع الإداري، إذ يدخل ضمن ممارسته لامتيازات السلطة العامة، حماية للنظام العام الاقتصادي، وذلك في إطار حماية الضمانات القانونية والقضائية للأعوان الاقتصاديين
Description:	In light of the recent economic transformations that Algeria has witnessed, the Algerian legislator has created the Competition Council as an independent administrative authority, to take charge of the task of controlling anti-competitive practices in the market. To achieve this goal, the legislator granted him powers of a repressive and deterrent nature. However, this repressive jurisdiction granted to the Council does not negate it from the administrative character, as it is part of its exercise of the privileges of public authority, to protect the economic public order, and that is within the framework of protecting legal and judicial guarantees for economic agents
