dc.description	This study is an attempt to provide a description, analysis and evaluation of the reality of the judiciary in Algeria after the reforms that included the justice sector since 1999, after the arrival of Mr. Abdelaziz Bouteflika and the adoption of a comprehensive reform program for various sectors, the justice sector was the most prominent, based on the idea that justice is the basis of the king and To promote the concept of a state of law and the right to improve the sector and improve its performance and level, and to come up with solutions to the various problems and shortcomings encountered by the dissection and to identify the reality and status, the task carried out by the National Commission for Justice Reform, commissioned by the President personally. And the embodiment of this program, which dealt with a number of axes, foremost of which was the promotion of the independence of the judiciary	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هذه الدراسة عبارة عن محاولة لتقديم وصف وتحليل وتقييم لواقع القضاء في الجزائر بعد الإصلاحات التي شملت قطاع العدالة منذ 1999م، بعد وصول السيد عبد العزيز بوتفليقة إلى سدة الحكم وتبنيه برنامجا إصلاحيا شاملا لمختلف القطاعات كان قطاع العدل أبرزها، انطلاقا من فكرة أن العدل أساس الملك وسعيا لتكريس مفهوم دولة الحق والقانون والنهوض بالقطاع وتحسين أدائه ومستواه، والخروج بحلول لمختلف الإشكالات والنقائص التي تعترضه من خلال تشريحه والوقوف على واقعه ووضعيته، وهي المهمة التي اضطلعت بها اللجنة الوطنية لإصلاح العدالة، بتكليف من رئيس الجمهورية شخصيا. وتجسيدا لهذ البرنامج الذي تناول جملة من المحاور جاء في مقدمتها تعزيز دعائم استقلالية القضاء	en_US
