| Résumé: | هذه الدراسة عبارة عن محاولة لتقديم وصف وتحليل وتقييم لواقع القضاء في الجزائر بعد الإصلاحات التي شملت قطاع العدالة منذ 1999م، بعد وصول السيد عبد العزيز بوتفليقة إلى سدة الحكم وتبنيه برنامجا إصلاحيا شاملا لمختلف القطاعات كان قطاع العدل أبرزها، انطلاقا من فكرة أن العدل أساس الملك وسعيا لتكريس مفهوم دولة الحق والقانون والنهوض بالقطاع وتحسين أدائه ومستواه، والخروج بحلول لمختلف الإشكالات والنقائص التي تعترضه من خلال تشريحه والوقوف على واقعه ووضعيته، وهي المهمة التي اضطلعت بها اللجنة الوطنية لإصلاح العدالة، بتكليف من رئيس الجمهورية شخصيا. وتجسيدا لهذ البرنامج الذي تناول جملة من المحاور جاء في مقدمتها تعزيز دعائم استقلالية القضاء |
