| Résumé: | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع ورهانات التداعيات الأمنية في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي على الدوائر الجيوسياسية والإستراتيجية للجزائر والتي شملت كل عوامل عدم الاستقرار السياسي وهشاشة الأنظمة في المنطقة والصراعات الداخلية على السلطة، والنمو السكاني السريع، إضافة إلى انعدام الأمن بكل مستوياته وأبعاده الذي تغذيه العمليات الإرهابية والهجرة غير الشرعية وكل أنشطة الاتجار بجميع أنواع الأسلحة والمخدرات، كما تزامنت هذه الظواهر مع مجموعة من التفاعلات الداخلية تمثلت مخرجاتها في جملة المقاربات و حزمة الإصلاحات السياسية التي باشرتها الدولة محلياً وإقليمياً ودولياً منذ السنوات الأخيرة توافقاً مع متغيرات و إفرازات البيئة الإقليمية والتي شملت ما يُعرف في الأدبيات السياسية بثورات الحراك العربي2011 إلى جانب متغيرات خارجية تمثلت في تأثيرات العولمة وسياقها الدولي العام. |
| Description: | This study seeks to shed light on the reality and implications of the security repercussions in the Sahel region on the geopolitical and strategic circles of Algeria, which included all the factors of political instability, the fragility of regional regimes, internal power struggles, rapid population growth, insecurity at all levels and operational dimensions Terrorism and illegal immigration and all activities of trafficking in all types of weapons and drugs. These phenomena coincided with a series of internal interactions whose outputs were among the approaches and package of political reforms initiated by the State Leah regionally and internationally since the recent years in line with the variables and secretions of the regional environment, which included what is known in the literature of political upheaval of the Arab movement in 2011 as well as external variables was the effects of globalization and the international context of the year. |
