| Résumé: | إن أعضاء النظام الأساسي للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية هم أشخاص القانون الدولي ممثلين في الدول و الدارس لهذا القانون يدرك صعوبة توحيد الإرادة الدولية في جميع الميادين لإنجاب نظام متكامل، وهذا ما لوح في الأفق منذ إنطلاق السعي الدولي لإنشاء المحكمة الجنائية الدولية حيث وحدت بعض الدول جهودها للوقوف ضد إنشاء هذه المحكمة وتعطيل عملها حتى بعد النجاح في إنشائها، وعلى رأس هذه الدول الولايات المتحدة الامريكية. |
| Description: | The members of the Statute of the International Criminal Court are the subjects of international law represented by States and scholars of this law. It recognizes the difficulty of uniting the international will in all fields to have an integrated system. This has been on the horizon since the start of the international quest for the establishment of the International Criminal Court. The establishment of such a court and the disruption of its work even after the successful establishment, while other countries did not show any international cooperation to enable the Court to initiate the investigation and the implementation of its judgments against the accused of committing crimes under its jurisdiction. |
