Résumé:	إن الهجرة ظاهرة قديمة وجدت منذ وجود البشر، فمن الناحية التاريخية شكلت الهجرات القسرية سواء لأسباب سياسية أو اقتصادية بدايات الهجرة على نطاق واسع، كما أن النازحين و اللاجئين مثلوا نوعا آخر من الهجرات القسرية خاصة في فترات الحروب والقلاقل السياسية، بالإضافة إلى اسباب اقتصادية، و قد أصبحت الهجرة في الوقت الراهن ظاهرة اجتماعية طبيعية، حيث غالبا ما يبحث الشخص عن المناطق التي تسمح له بالعيش و الاستقرار، وتوفير فرص الرقي و التقدم له ولعائلته، غير أن هذا المفهوم تحول من ظاهرة طبيعية عادية إلى ظاهرة تهدد استقرار المجتمعات عن طريق ما بات يعرف بالهجرة غير الشرعية والتي اتخذت وسائل وأشكال متعددة وخطيرة في نفس الوقت، و أصبحت بمثابة تحديا مطروحا أمام المجموعة الدولية نظرا للمخاطر الناجمة عنها
Description:	Migration is an old phenomenon since the existence of humanity historically, forced migrations, whether for political or economic reasons, constituted the beginnings of largescale emigration, and refugees and refugees represented another form of forced migration, especially during periods of war and political unrest.
