| Description: | This study examines the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination in accordance with the rules and principles of international law. This study came to emphasize the right of the Palestinian people to activate this legal principle similar to other countries that have benefited from the principles of international law in self-determination and independence, and the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes to exercise the right of self-determination. |
