| Résumé: | تصبو هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بأحد المصادر التاريخية للجزائر العثمانية، وهو مخطوط تاريخي هام لرجل دين إسباني يدعى دالونسو كانوا كان قد زار المنطقة في النصف الثاني من القرن 18م، فقد شهدت الجزائر إقبالا ملحوظا من طرف هؤلاء الرجال خلال الفترة العثمانية، ويمكن إرجاع ذلك إلى النشاط البحري المكثف الذي قام به رِيّاس البحر الجزائريين في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط، الأمر الذي اضطر البلاطات الأوروبية إلى إرسال بعثات وإرساليات دينية للتفاوض مع حكومة الجزائر، من أجل تحرير الأسرى النصارى المتواجدينبها، ناهيك عن الجهود الفردية والرحلات التطوعية التي كانت تنظم من قبل القساوسة والرهبان من أجل الغاية نفسها.خاض دالونسو تجربة في هذا المجال بأمر من حكومة بلده، التي أرسلته للتفاوض مع الداي الجزائري لتحرير عدد من الأسرى الاسبان المتواجدين بالايالة، وقد كللت هذه المهمة بالنجاح، حيث تمكن من تحرير عدد مهم منهم، وكعادة معظم رجال الدين ألف دالونسو مخطوطا عن المنطقة، تضمن معلومات تاريخية هامة حول الإيالة الجزائرية كتطرقه إلى الجهاز الحكومي، والسكان، والجيش البري والبحري وغيرها من المواضيع، مستمدا مادته الأولية من تجربته الشخصية وملاحظاته الخاصة بالإضافة إلى تجارب سابقيه في المنطقة على رأسهم القساوسة، ورجال الدين، والرحالة والمستكشفين الأوروبيين. |
| Description: | The present study seeks to give an overview of one of the historical sources of Ottoman Algeria, an important historical manuscript of a Spanish cleric called D’alonso Cano, the latter had visited the region in the second half of the 18th century. In that Ottoman period, Algeria has witnessed a remarkable turnout by these men, and this can be attributed to the intense maritime activity carried out by the Algerian sea captains in the Mediterranean basin, which led the European courts to send religious missions to negotiate with the Algerian government in order to liberate the Christian prisoners present there, not to mention the individual efforts and voluntary trips that were organized by priests And monks for the same purpose. Interestingly, D'alonso had an experience in this field; his country's government has sent him to negotiate with the Algerian Dey to liberate a number of Spanish prisoners present in the Regency. Indeed, this has successfully done, he could liberate a significant number of them, and most of them are the clerics. Importantly, D'alonso wrote a manuscript about the region, It included important historical information about the Algerian Regency, such as addressing the government apparatus, the population, the land، sea army, and other topics, deriving its primary material from his personal experience and his own observations, add to the experiences of his predecessors in the region, headed by priests and clerics, as well as European travelers and explorers. |
