Résumé:	تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في قطاع العمران يكون من خلال الإعتماد على مخططات تؤطره ، و على رأسها مخططي التهيئة و التعمير و شغل الأراضي ، و هي أدوات قانونية متى احترمت قلصت من البناءات الفوضوية و الإستنزاف غير العقلاني ، و لها بهذا المعنى محاصرة المخالفات المرتبطة بهذا القطاع . هذه الإنشغالات حرص المشرع على تنظيمها ابتداءا مع القانون 90-29 و كذلك التفصيلات المهمة التي جاء بها المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 15-19
Description:	Achieving sustainable development in the urbanization sector is based on plans that are developed, including planning and reconstruction planners and landowners, legal tools once respected, reducing chaotic constructions and irrational attrition. These concerns are regulated by the legislator, beginning with Law 90-29, as well as the important details mentioned in Executive Decree No. 15-19.
