| Résumé: | يتحدد ّ الهدف الرئيسي من خلال تقرير المشرع الجزائري لإلزامية التأمين في مجال البناء من المخاطر التي قد يتعرض لها، في إرساء حماية قانونية له ولمالكه، سواء في مرحلة التنفيذ في إطار ما يعرف بالمسؤولية المدنية المهنية للمتدخلين في مجال البناء، على غرار المسؤولية العشرية للمتدخلين في مجال البناء في مرحلة التسليم النهائي للمشروع، حيث تعتبر ضمانات تأمينية، بالإضافة إلى تأمين من الكوارث الطبيعية الذي يهدف إلى ضمان البناء من مخاطر الكوارث الطبيعية. |
| Description: | The main objective of the Algerian legislature is to establish a compulsory insurance in the construction fields, which concerns the risks they might be exposed to. In order, to create legal protection for the whole principal involved actors in the construction domain, from the beginning stage within the framework of what is known as civil liability for professional involving actors in the construction field, similar to the ten years insurance responsibility for project managers in the construction fields till the final delivery phase of the project, which is the insurance guarantees. Additionally, it is necessary to secure final projects from natural disasters, which aims to ensure financially the construction against natural disaster risks. |
