| Description: | Tourism investment is considered the most important pillar of the national economy, which is an indicator of the economic growth of the country. Therefore, the Algerian legislator has monitored a set of legal texts to justify the necessity of reviving tourist attractions to attract investment and provide the public treasury in hard currency. Through this article we tried to shed light on the evaluation of legal texts and their effectiveness in achieving incentives for tourism investment. |
