Résumé:	نحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية وضع مقاربات نظرية لتفعيل عمليات التهيئة الإقليمية من أجل ضمان أحسن إنتاج للثروة والعمل والانسجام الاجتماعي هذا باعتبار الدراسات السكانية أحد مدخلات العملية التخطيطية والسلطة المجالية إطارها القانوني الذي يسمح في النهاية بتحقيق سياسة تنموية وطنية عادلة ومتكاملة.
