Résumé:	تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على الفضاءات التجارية المنظمة كآلية لامتصاص التجارة الفوضوية استعان الباحث بالمنهج الوصفي الوثائقي القائم على جمع وتحليل ما كتب عن الموضوع من كتب وأبحاث ودراسات لبناء الخلفية النظرية للدراسة، كما قام بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال استعراض الإطار المفاهيمي للتجارة الفوضوية و الفضاءات التجارية المنظمة، و من جهة أخرى تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى كيفية امتصاص التجارة الفوضوية وإعادة نشر ممارسيها في فضاءات تجارية منظمة، كما تناولت هذه الدراسة حالة السوق الفوضوي برحال بولاية عنابة. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هذه السياسة لا تخلو من بعض الإختلالات في التطبيق على المدى البعيد خاصة إذا لم يتم التنسيق المحكمين الهيئات المعنية والمتابعة الدورية للفضاءات التجارية. وفي الأخير قام الباحث بوضع مجموعة من التوصيات المقترحة
Description:	Abstract: This study seeks to identify the organized commercial spaces as a mechanism of absorption of informal trade. For this reason the researcher used descriptive approach based on collection and analysis what the researchers wrote about the subject of books, research and studies to build the theoretical background of the study, we followed also the descriptive analytical approach, For this we started with the conceptual framework of informal trade and organized commercial spaces, this study also addressed how to absorb informal trade and redistribute its practitioners in organized commercial spaces, as well as the chaotic situation of the Berahal market in Annaba. The study concluded that this policy includes imbalances in the long-term application, especially if there is no close coordination between the agencies involved and if there has been no periodic monitoring of the spaces commercial. In the latter the researcher developed a set of proposed recommendations. Keywords: Illegal trade; organized spaces; Barhal's anarchist market.
