| dc.description | Tourism is one of the most important economic sectors in the world. as it is one of the most important sources of income for many countries. It is also an activity that contributes to increasing GDP and providing public revenues to the public treasury. This distinguished position of tourism has made it a prominent place in development strategies and policies in most countries of the world, including Algeria. If tourism is of great importance to all countries, the latter in order to contribute to the Algerian national economy at high rates and in the best possible way, it needs programs and mechanisms studied. This research aims to identify the content of the Algerian tourism sector and the role that the promotion of the latter can play in the process of strengthening and developing the economy in Algeria However, despite the efforts exerted, the Algerian economic reality imposed the opposite, and the role of the tourism sector remained marginal and its contribution to the national economy remained weak. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر السياحة، من القطاعات الاقتصادية التي أصبحت تحظى بالاهتمام الكبير في أغلب دول العالم، باعتبارها من أهم مصادر الدخل للعديد من الدول كما أنها من الأنشطة التي تساهم في زيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وتوفير الإيرادات العامة للخزينة العمومية لإنفاقها في المجالات ذات النفع العام. إن هذه المكانة المتميزة للسياحة، جعلتها تحتل موقعا بارزا في استراتيجيات وسياسات التنمية في معظم دول العالم ومنها الجزائر. وإذا كانت للسياحة أهمية كبيرة لدى جميع الدول، فإن هذه الأخيرة لكي تساهم في الاقتصاد الوطني الجزائري بمعدلات مرتفعة وبأفضل صورة ممكنة، فإنها بحاجة إلى برامج واليات مدروسة. نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مضمون القطاع السياحي الجزائري، والدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه عملية النهوض بهذا الأخير في عملية تدعيم وتطوير الاقتصاد في الجزائر. لكن ورغم الجهود المبذولة، إلا أن الواقع الاقتصادي الجزائري، فرض العكس، وبقي دور قطاع السياحة هامشيا ومساهمته في الاقتصاد الوطني ضعيفة، في ظل عجز وفشل البرامج المسطرة للنهوض بالسياحة كقطاع اقتصادي واعد في الجزائر | en_US |
