dc.description	Renewable energy occupies a critical importance in terms of its capabilities and sources and how to exploit it and the costs of this exploitation, which is what states have discerned in searching for alternative energy. Algeria as the rest of other countries affected by the transformations of the global economy , especially the transformations in the fields of energy. That is why it took the initiative to go through the experience of investing in renewable energy as an alternative energy for achieving sustainable development and preserving the right of the next generations to the natural wealth of their country on the one hand and stimulating development investments on the other hand. For that we are trying in this research to highlight one of the important projects in this field, which is the photovoltaic solar energy project in the big south.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	حتل الطاقة المتجددة أهمية بالغة من حيث إمكاناتها ومصادرها وكيفية استغلالها وتكاليف هذا الاستغلال وهو ما تفطنت له الدول بالبحث عن الطاقة البديلة، والجزائر حالها كحال بقية الدول تتأثر بتحولات الاقتصاد العالمي خاصة التحولات في مجالات الطاقة لهذا أخذت المبادرة لخوض غمار التجربة في الاستثمار في الطاقة المتجددة كطاقة بديلة من اجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة و حفظ حق الأجيال القادمة في الثروات الطبيعية لدولتهم من ناحية وتحفيز الاستثمارات التنموية من ناحية أخرى . من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نحاول تسليط الضوء على احد المشاريع الهامة في هذا المجال والمتمثل في مشروع تطبيق الطاقة الشمسية الفوتو فولطية في الجنوب الكبير .	en_US
