dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة مدى تطبيق صندوق ضبط الموارد (FRR) لمبادئ الحوكمة. لتحقيق ذلك، سنتناول من خلال هذا البحث: تعاريف، خصائص، أنواع و أهداف صناديق الثروة السيادية، ثم سنتطرق لمبادئ سنتياغو التي تنص على المبادئ والممارسات المتعارف عليها لحوكمة الصناديق السيادية، وفي الأخير سنتطرق إلى أهم المبادئ التي تتعارض مع صندوق ضبط الإيرادات من حيث الحوكمة، المراقبة، المسائلة، الشفافية والإفصاح.	en_US
