dc.description.abstract	تندرج عملية رسكلة النفايات في مراحل الاقتصاد الدائري للتوجه نحو تنمية مستدامة، فهي تتيح موارد اقتصادية مهمة بالإضافة إلى التقليل من الآثار السلبية على البيئة والصحة، وخفض التكاليف الباهضة لمعالجة المخلفات، كما تسنح بخلق فرص عمل خضراء. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على المفاهيم والقوانين الجزائرية الخاصة بإعادة التدوير وإبراز الإنجازات المحققة في هذا المجال. فقد قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لبعض المؤسسات الناشطة في عملية استرجاع النفايات بولاية تيارت للوقوف على واقع الرسكلة في بلادنا، حيث توصلنا إلى ضعف نسبة عمليات إعادة تدوير النفايات مقارنة بما تزخر به الجزائر من الكمية المعتبرة من المواد القابلة للاسترجاع ومؤهلات سانحة لتطوير هذا المجال.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The process of recycling waste in the stages of the cyclical economy is to move towards sustainable development. It provides important economic resources as well as reducing the negative effects on the environment and health, reducing the high costs of waste treatment and creating green jobs. This paper aims to shed light on the Algerian concepts and laws concerning recycling and highlight the achievements achieved in this field. We have conducted a field study of some institutions active in the process of waste recovery in the state of Tiaret to find out the reality of waste recycling in our country, where we have been twice the proportion of waste recycling compared to the richness of Algeria of the estimated amount of recoverable materials and qualifications for the development of this area	en_US
