| dc.description | Abstract: This study aimed to highlight the formula of Idjara Muntahia Bittamleek as one of the innovative Islamic finance tools proposed to finance the agricultural sector in Algeria, and analyze the experience of the the Jordan Islamic Bank and Al Salam Bank-Algeria during the period (2015-2020), where we focused on the descriptive analytical approach with reliance on various official websites in colleting study data, and this study found that Idjara Muntahia Bittamleek is one of the most important alternatives to the Islamic financing proposed financing Algeria's agriculture sector, because it reduces the financing burden of this sector on the state budget if adopted. | dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على صيغة الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك كأداة من أدوات التمويل الإسلامي المبتكرة والمقترحة لتمويل القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر وتحليل تجربة البنك الإسلامي الأردني و مصرف السلام-الجزائر خلال الفترة (2015-2020)، حيث ركزنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع الاعتماد على مختلف المواقع الالكترونية الرسمية في جمع بيانات الدراسة، و خلصت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن صيغة الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك تعتبر أحد أهم البدائل التمويلية الإسلامية المقترحة لتمويل قطاع الزراعة في الجزائر ، لأنها تخفف العبء التمويلي لهذا القطاع على ميزانية الدولة في حال تبنيها من طرف البنوك الإسلامية الجزائرية | en_US |
