dc.description.abstract	جسدت إصلاحات الضمان الاجتماعي بالجزائر في ثلاثة محاور أساسية تمثلت في:1) عصرنة نظام الضمان الاجتماعي من خلال استحداث العمل بنظام البطاقة الالكترونية الشفاء، 2) تحسين الخدمات المقدمة لفائدة الأشخاص المؤمن لهم اجتماعيا من خلال مراجعة الترسانة القانونية لنظام التأمينات الاجتماعية وتفعيل العمل بنظام الدفع من قبل الغير، 3) إصلاح الجانب المالي لمؤسسات الضمان الاجتماعي من خلال استحداث بعض مصادر التمويل الإضافية من جهة وإنشاء الصندوق الوطني لتحصيل اشتراكات الضمان الاجتماعي بالجزائر من جهة أخرى. من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية حاولنا تحليل آثر هذه الإصلاحات على التوازن المالي لقطاع الضمان الاجتماعي وذلك بالإسقاط على الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	Social security reforms in Algeria were embodied in three main axes: 1) Modernizing the social security system through the introduction of electronic Chifaa card system; 2) Improving the services provided to socially insured persons by reviewing the legal arsenal of the social insurance system and activating the system 3) Reforming the financial aspect of the social security institutions through the creation of some additional sources of funding on the one hand and the establishment of the National Fund for the collection of social security contributions in Algeria on the other hand. Through this paper, we attempted to analyze the impact of these reforms on the financial balance of the social security sector by dropping the National Fund for Social Insurance for Workers	en_US
