| dc.description.abstract | يؤدي التخطيط الاستراتيجي دوراً كبيراً في إعادة صياغة السياسات التنموية لمختلف القطاعات، خاصة قطاع الصناعة في المدى القريب والبعيد للدول النامية التي تطمح إلى رفع مساهمتها في الاقتصاد العالمي، خاصة مع بروز التكتلات الإقليمية والدول الناشئة التي أصبحت تهدد اقتصادياتها. كان من الضروري الخروج من سياسة التصنيع البسيطة وغير المجدية بالبحث عن العراقيل التي تحد التنمية الصناعية. غير أن أغلب الدول العربية مازالت بعيدة كل البعد عما وصلت إليه الدول الناشئة والمتقدمة. حيث ارتكزت صناعاتها على الصناعة التركيبية أو الاستخراجية (استخراج الموارد الطبيعية كالنفط والغاز)، ولم تأخذ الصناعات التحويلية قدراً واسعاً من الاستراتيجية التنموية إلا في الصناعات الخفيفة. | en_US |
