dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل طبيعة تدخل الدولة في النشاط الاقتصادي خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 1990 و2016 والذي ترتب عليها عجز في الموازنة العامة وعجز في ميزان المدفوعات. الأمر الذي أدى بدوره إلى التآكل المستمر في احتياطات الصرف والتي تراجعت إلى أقل من 95 مليار دولار أمريكي لسنة 2018. من جهة أخرى، تحليل التراجع المخيف لموارد صندوق ضبط الإرادات الذى بلغ أقل من 840 مليار دينار نتيجة تقهقر اسعار البترول والاعتماد المفرط على مورد ريعي عالي المخاطر. الأمر الذى يدفع الدولة الى ضرورة الاسراع في تنويع مصادر الدخل والتقليل من مخاطر الاعتماد المفرط على مداخيل المحروقات التي تعدت 98 % خلال الفترة المدروسة.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	Abstract:This study aims to analyze the nature of the state intervention in the economic activity during a period between 1990 and 2016, and which resulted in a deficit in the general budget, beside a continuously erosion of exchange reserves, which fell to less than 95 billion US dollars in 2018. On the other hand, the adjust resources fund, which amounted fail to less than 840 billion dinars due to the decline in oil prices and the excessive dependence oil which is a high-risk resource. All this leads the country to accelerate into diversification of sources of its incomes and cut the risk of excessive dependence on hydrocarbon revenues, which exceeded 98 % during the studied period	en_US
