dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة على دور التكوين المهني كآلية للإدماج في عالم الشغل وفقا لمتطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سوف نتناول واقع التكوين المهني كآلية للإدماج في عالم الشغل والتخفيف من حدة البطالة، وذلك من خلال مخرجات البرامج التدريبية والمعارف المقدمة حول مختلف المهن المطلوبة في سوق العمل حاليا، وكذلك استراتيجية الحكومة لزيادة فاعلية هذه المؤسسة، من خلال خلق مناصب الشغل لحاملي شهادات التكوين المهني وتقديم الدعم المادي لمشاريع الشباب من خريجي هذه المؤسسة، مع الإشارة إلى واقع الجزائر خلال السنوات الأخيرة، وذلك من خلال عرض تجربة الجزائر في هذا المجال. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود خلل في النظم التعليمية والتدريبية سبب فجوة بين متطلبات سوق العمل ومخرجات التكوين، مما يستدعي ضرورة مراجعة برامج التكوين وفق المناهج والأساليب الحديثة والمتطورة.	en_US
