dc.description.abstract	تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية للتعرف على آليات ترقية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة حسب إجراءات القانون الجديد 17/02 من أجل تحقيق أهدافها. ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال استعراض الإطار المفاهيمي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. من جهة أخرى تعرضت هذه الدراسة إلى مضمون إجراءات قانون 17/02 فيما يتعلق بترقية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وكذا معوقات وواقع الدعم للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة يمكن أن تقوم بتحسين أدائها من خلال تكيفها مع متغيرات بيئتها الخارجية وخاصة القانونية منها. خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	This research paper aims to identify the mechanisms for upgrading small and medium companies in accordance with the procedures of the new Law 17/02 in order to achieve its objectives. For this reason, we followed the descriptive analytical approach, through examining the conceptual framework of small and medium companies. In addition, this study has been subject to the provisions of Law 17/02 on the promotion of small and medium, as well as the constraints and the reality of support for small and medium companies in Algeria. The study revealed that small and medium companies can improve their performance by adapting them to the variables of their external environment, including legal ones. The study ended with a set of conclusions and recommendation	en_US
