dc.description	This study attempts to engage in the ongoing discussion about possible alternatives and policies to overcome economic and environmental problems, or at least reduce the effects of these problems, where solar energy is one of the most important of these vital alternatives that can contribute to creating wealth and get rid of the absolute dependence of oil rents and compliance with sustainability standards Environmental - in response to the challenges of sustainable development - as a result of the abundance of Algeria in terms of potential and important natural and human ingredients. Thus, this research paper aims to shed light on the situation of solar energy in Algeria by highlighting the characteristics of solar energy in Algeria, and the obstacles (problems) facing the use of solar energy in Algeria.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تحاول هذه الدراسة الانخراط في النقاش الدائر حول البدائل والسياسات الممكنة لتجاوز المشكلات الاقتصادية والبيئية، أو على الأقل التقليل من آثار هذه المشكلات، حيث تعتبر الطاقة الشمسية أحد أبرز هذه البدائل الحيوية التي بإمكانها أن تساهم في خلق الثروة والتخلص من التبعية المطلقة للريع البترولي والامتثال لمعايير الاستدامة البيئية-الاستجابة لرهانات التنمية المستدامة، وذلك نتيجة لما تزخر به الجزائر من إمكانات ومقومات طبيعية وبشرية هامة. وبذلك تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على وضعية الطاقة الشمسية في الجزائر من خلال إبراز ما تتميز به الجزائر من إمكانيات الطاقة الشمسية، والمعوقات (المشاكل) التي تواجه استخدام الطاقة الشمسية في الجزائر.	en_US
