dc.description.abstract	تناولنا في هذا البحث العجز الموازني كآلية للتأثير في إتجاه الدورة الإقتصادية في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة قياسية لتأثير العجز الموازني على الناتج المحلي الحقيقي في الجزائر، يمكن من خلاله الحكم على تأثير العجز الموازني السنوي على الدورة الاقتصادية. توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن العجز الموازني يلعب دورا أساسيا في تحريك الدورة الاقتصادية، ويظهر هذا التأثير على الناتج المحلي الحقيقي. كما أننا توصلنا إلى أن الجنوح الهائل للإنفاق الذي أدى إلى التمويل عن طريق العجز الموازني كان بشكل كبير، وغير متحكم فيه، مما أدى مع مرور الوقت إلى ظهور آثار سلبية، إنعكست في شكل إرتفاع في المستوى العام للأسعار وإنخفاض في قيمة الدينار، نتيجة عدم مرونة الجهاز الإنتاجي القادر على امتصاص الصدمات المنعكسة	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	In this study, we discussed the deficit as a mechanism to influence the direction of the economic cycle in Algeria, through a study of the impact of the deficit on real GDP in Algeria, which can judge the impact of the annual deficit on the economic cycle, and we reached the conclusion that The budget deficit plays a key role in stimulating the economic cycle, and this effect on real GDP is reflected. Another conclusion is that the huge delinquency of spending that led to finance through the budget deficit was largely uncontrollable, leading emergence of negative effects over time, reflected in the form of a rise in the general price level and a decrease in the value of the dinar, as a result of lack of flexibility of the production device capable of absorbing the reflected shock	en_US
